The lake is muddy everywhere with less than 6 inches of visibility. Water temperatures have dropped over 10 degrees due to the latest cold fronts. The lake has finally stabilized from all the rain and with the warmer days ahead the fishing should really improve. Most fish are being caught shallow due to the muddy water and the amount of current that has been running through the system. The fish are starting to stage up in preparation to spawn so it’s not going to do anything but better from here.
