I had the pleasure of fishing with two of the most Pleasant kids I’ve ever been around. Everything was yes sir, no sir, Mr David this and Mr David that. When we got back to the landing they had gotten all the trash out and cleaned up the inside of the boat without me even knowing or asking. It was just a great day all the way around with two really great 12 year old fisherman who asked alot of questions and learned really fast. We tried to stay out of the way of the top 10 Pros from The Elite Series and a big local tournament on the lake but we still managed alot of bites and caught several nice ones. We caught all of our fish on a Carolina Rig or Magnum Shakey head. We just could not get them to bite a crankbait or any other moving bait but I’m sure it’s because all the pressure. that has been put on lake Eufaula and no current being generated at the dam.
